Software and IT Services

• All the customers who are being served by Bits World iTech will be considered agreed to all our terms and conditions.
• Any service or product once sold cannot be cancelled or returned back. No refund will be processed in case of cancellation.
• Any legal dispute will be subject to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) jurisdiction.
• All the customers are advised to use genuine licensed software applications. We strictly discourage the usage of pirated software products.
• We will not be responsible at all for any loss, damage, legal action, etc to the customer if they use pirated software products.
• All the customers are always advised to keep at least one backup copy of their data. We will not be responsible for any data loss occurs to a customer.
• Altough we adopt the latest and most secure technologies in our servers and other system to maintain customer data. But in case of any unfortunate calamity, disaster or any theft or loss of data due to hacking, virus or malware, we will not be responsible for any loss of customer whether it is financial or non-financial.
• Bits World iTech reserves right to change all these terms and conditions anytime in future without any notice. All the customers taking our services will be abide to these terms and conditions.
